Activity for all ages. Children from 0 to 2 years old free. Children from 3 to 12 years old at a special price.

*** Please note that this ticket is non refundable. Boarding time closes 10min before the activity starts. The boat has to departure on time and cannot be delayed due to logistical reasons. Please arrive with enough time for parking as it can be difficult to find a spot, thank you***

Does the tour start and end at the same place?

The answer is YES. The tour starts and ends at the same place, however we are always subject to weather conditions.

What do I do when I have arrived at the meeting point?

Just wait for a crew member to pick you up a few minutes before the tour starts. You can find the meeting point by searching for "Sa Calma Boats Can Pastilla" on Google Maps.

The meeting point is not an office.

I don't think I'll be able to make it on time, what should I do?

We always recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the meeting point. If you cannot arrive on time, you can inform info@sacalmaboats.com and we will try to relocate the departure whenever possible due to availability and timetables. The company is not responsible for late arrival to the activity due to external reasons.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If the Captain decides that it is not possible to go out because the conditions imply a risk for the passengers or the boat, an attempt will be made to relocate to another departure. Only if the activity is cancelled and there is no possibility of finding an alternative date will the money be refunded. We strongly recommend that clients always come to the meeting point unless they receive information to the contrary from Sa Calma Boats.
